VICE PRESIDENT DUTIES

 

• Act as a primary back up to the President

• Run the board meeting when the president is absent

• Head of the Governance/Nominations Committee

• Nominate officers on the Board

• Recruit new members for the Board

• Twice a year, review bylaw with the committee and make changes as necessary
